Stavo leggendo un post di Carlo Odello sul fatto che l’approccio al web 2.0 sia veramente utile alle aziende, o piuttosto non rappresenti una faticosa perdita di tempo.
La provocazione è interessante, perché effettivamente porta alla superfice quello che secondo me è il diffetto maggiore di molte aziende italiane, ovvero la scarsa o nulla propensione verso [...]

Voglio solo riportare, con minimo commento, alcuni istanti di vita New Yorkese vista prevalentemente dalle cucine di 5 ristoranti famosi, e dai loro protagonisti.
