Stasera siamo al Pellicano, altra tappa della manifestazione Tuscany’s Maremma Wine & Food nel nostro territorio (qui c’e’ il programma, trovate gli eventi anche nella sezione calendario).

Gli eventi sono aperti al pubblico (a pagamento), e senz’altro può valer la pena di visitare uno degli alberghi più suggestivi e incantevoli d’Italia che abbiamo la fortuna di avere in Maremma (”among the World’s Best Hotels” Travel & Leisure 2008; “One Star” Restaurant “Il Pellicano” Michelin Guide 2008; “Second Best Hotel in Europe for Food” Conde Nast Traveller 2007;“Among the 100 Best Hotels in the World” Travel & Leisure 2007;“One of The Best Top Hotels in the World” Conde Nast Traveler 2005; Nominated as “Most Sophisticated Hotel Resort” Harpers and Queen Travel Awards).

In cucina Antonio Guida, in sala con i vini Poggio Argentiera e Salustri (grandi Sangiovese, veramente).
